COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

Although this site does not contain content that is generally unsuitable for children, this site is not designed nor does it specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. International Regulations

The E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss- U.S. Privacy Shield Framework were developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission and Switzerland to guide organizations to comply with EU and Swiss data protection requirements involved when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. This framework was developed to protect the personal data of individuals in the EU and Switzerland and to provide these individuals the rights to access their personal data. EBike Press is committed to complying with the Privacy Shield Framework. Should there be a conflict between EBike Press’s privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
